Dear readers: As 2025 is winding down and the new year approaches, we would like to thank you for interest in the features, reviews, and interviews in E-CIBS. These contents depend on engaged people writing about Brecht-related things they are passionate about. So, we would like to invite you to consider reviewing productions of Brecht plays or other events for us, or to suggest other potential reviewers. To that end, we encourage you to frequently use our Brecht Events Calendar feature, find events of interest there, and think about whether you would like to review them or could nominate other suitable reviewers. You and they need not be academic experts – we are interested in a wide range of perspectives, including from artists, activists, and audience members. To whet your appetite and to show you the wide thematic and geographical range of available opportunities, we are including below an up-to-date listing of Brecht events around the world coming up in the next six months, drawn from the events calendar. Nutzen Sie dazu regelmäßig unseren Brecht-Veranstaltungskalender, um interessante Veranstaltungen zu finden und zu überlegen, ob Sie diese rezensieren möchten oder andere geeignete Rezensent*innen vorschlagen können. Sie und Ihre Kandidat*innen müssen keine akademischen Expert*innen sein – wir sind an vielfältigen Perspektiven interessiert, darunter die von Künstler*innen, Aktivist*innen sowie Zuschauer*innen.
